Babile A Historic Somali Town Has Fallen To Oromo

Diridhiba means to send hardship if translated directly, it's built on much older ruins over Hubat(dating back to the 9th century), just like the Amhara you oromos like to rename things, you have no history to the region before the 16th century so be a good little boy and sit at the kid's table.

Your bastard name of Dire Dawa will never stick, the area was never barren nor empty, all around the region you'll find camel remains, the only group that consumes camel meat are us and the Afar.

"the border went from Adigale to Errer within a centuries time before 1875 there was 0 somalis near the modern day Dire area."

:mjlol: :mjlol: :mjlol:

I'm not going to waste my time friend, you need to stop reading Ethiopian revisionist books, grab a actual history book instead.

dirdhaba does not mean send hardship bro who are you fooling listen my bro study Egyptian invasion on et youl see the Issa ugaas had migrated to jaldessa from adigale bringing a few thousand somalis with him in 1875 This also made happen that a wall was built for an oromo side and somali a few decades prior this the city was just an oromo city.

Marar water dam that has stirred up a lot of controversy over the past few years has been completed and inaugurated by the Oromia State and it's president. No SRS officials were invited.

The Oromia State admin now has a chokehold on the water network and can cause floods or water shortages, displacing people in the process. This impacts Jigjiga all the way down the river to Jarar, which relies on the network as a vital water source. Marar essentially serves as the passageway for water to reach as far south as Qabridahar and even beyond there.

@Thegoodshepherd
Marar is now in Oromia?🤔

acting shocked babille has been oromia since forever border is atfafem
Border is not at Fafem. Never has been, Google maps is false, in reality the border is more than an hour away near where I drew. Ceel-Baxay (marked) is where Babile district (DDS) begins, and it goes all the way until somewhere before Babile city. Qolojii is right in between.

The border goes further as well. Random kebeles were added to Oromia but the whole road and what is on the right is DDS, a good 80km road that is marked wrong.

All etc. from the Babile of DDS from Tulo Haro, Dhandhame (centre of Babile district), Biiqa, Ireysa, Ali Ethiopia, Funyan Jebsa and Cobosha/Minadir are in the Somali region. @GALAN

It’s giving me 404 lakin don’t worry. I think I have seen the 1994 census before. It’s the one I always use as it’s the least bias. The problem with Oromia is that they count all the people who speak their language as Oromo. The Ethiopian government also loves to downplay the numbers of Somalis.
You are absolutely right my Karanle brother. Misinformation is vast. Both districts and the city are at least 85% Hawiye (Karanle, Gugundhabe, Xaskul). There are many ways to prove this, etc. the Hawiye that fled from the Oromia district during 2017 numbering nearly 150k which is most of the district, and how the economy in the district literally crashed once Hawiye refused to buy from Oromo stores there. Whether they like it or not, it is a Karanle city, language means nothing.
