I'm gone again weight the next few days and it will stick around for the next few months. I don't count calories I count platesI’ve been doing a calorie deficit for a few days my life has improved!!!!

I’m going off this!!I saw people using this website on tt it’s pretty reasonable!!!make sure it’s a reasonable deficit. maybe 200 cals less then your maintenance otherwise you’ll get too skinny too fast
