Think about it this way.

Japanese are called asians and not white because of their phenotype, calling japanese people white is technically accurate since they tend to have the palest skin amongst asians. The reason lumping them together with White people is not feasible is because of obvious bone structure and phenotypical differences.

Exact same thing with Somalis, skin colour wise we are black no question (although we tend to be slightly lighter) . Somalis have completely different phenotype and bone structure compared to what the west perceives as black, bantus/west africans and their descendants just like japanese have different phenotype than Europeans. Now labelling somalis as black is only acceptable in the sense that Japanese are labelled white.

Somali is not only a linguist subgroup, its an ethnicity. We should be grouped together with people who we're genetically closer to, (Horn africans and north east africans)

I agree blacks hate on our feature that make us look less like them. The monkey forehead is one of them since even in arab culture it was considered to be a sign of low intellect to not have a large forehead and yet madows are too dumb to understand that they only hate this feature because they do not possess it and lack intellect as a result.
