Do men or women have life easier (in the western world)

I don't think a women would be able to live as a man and vice versa, they each have different issues
for example , as a women, if I told you to be like a man, you can never complain or vent again, do you think that would be possible?
I complain and vent now lol. but you're right, everyone has different issues. there are certain things I am okay with taking the burden on as expected, but I have certain areas where I draw the line.

No I am saying how hard do you think it would be for you if you were never allowed to vent or complain about your problems ever again
If you were a man that is what you would have to be like your entire life

I see men complaining about their problems all the time? I've never heard its taboo, if anything people are more sympathetic towards a man's problem because of the stereotype that women are emotional creatures who can't be taken seriously.

female problems are always seen as more silly.

Why is that? They’re also doing better than men in even societies like Saudi in which men and women are segregated.
I can’t tell if your genuinely curious or looking for a fight, either way I’m not sure
That is because of men’s ability and superior strength. In rural agricultural societies women end up doing most of the labor.
That’s completely irrelevant, I was responding to someone who was claiming that Women occupy the harsher roles of society which is objectively wrong, and OP asked explicitly about Western societies, not rural agricultural ones, literally completely off topic

Sorry, I did not see your comments. This is a new phenomenon, as large orgs try to respond to the equal pay movement for women, and minorities, but it'll take time with some industries taking the lead. For example, top female executives in the U.S. are a very few, and from has been reported, of late, they are picking tokens, and not on merit, which is begetting adverse implications in the work place.
Women in parts of the West are starting to out earn Men and have been doing better in school, whether its with regards to grades, attendence or behaviour etc... than Men for a while now.
Yours is valid, but I was referring to the Service industry and menial posts, which do not pay as high, yet are mandate, if depressing, and not traditionally male concentrated physical work, as you alluded to. Do bear in mind high risk jobs pay much higher than those in the Service industry, for example a gent working on an oil rig might make 80% more in pay than a clerk at the High street retail shop - granted the risk factor is far greater for the gent than the lass, as you pointed out.
93% of workplace deaths are Male, jobs like construction, mining, bricklayers etc... are all overwhelmingly dominated by Men. The jobs with the objectively most "harsh" conditions are done completely by Men.

It’s the same. Everyone here has to work and pay the bills and at work if you slack, you’re equally getting fired. Women also have the additional obligations of work inside the home.

The art of stoicism is dead amongst many men these days and lack of accountability for men means that the losers are pushing the narrative that they’re more oppressed. They’re no different to white people who claim that they’re more oppressed than ethnic minorities. It’s a common trope of a lot of white men.
Men are very tough to each other on a level you can’t imagine, this transgender clearly experienced that.

Well I think some of that has to do with the feminisation of men, too much hanging around women, and living in fatherless homes, not having any male role models, If a boy grows up around women and without any male role models most likely he will not be able to control his emotions and not be disciplined.
