The East will always be fucked. Western SL & MJ are the only sensible groups in the region and to a lesser extent the Warsengali. HJ, Dhulos & HY (especially Eastern ones) are culturally fucked. Our side of Galkacyo is doing better than berbera and burco and we have HG zombies for neighbours, you should cut your losses and rebrand. No more SL “we’ll be outside Yoocade 2025” monkey business, secession 2.0 with economic development/growth for HA areas is a must. There is potential.

The port makes money for the government but the doesn’t make it back to people there in any capacity, whether it be reinvestment or at least public works, at least with Galkacyo there’s some reinvestment and roads are being built, when’s the last time a road in burco or berbera was paved or got renovated?
