Future capital of Somalia, Baydhabo

No disrespect but a number of cities in Somalia are ahead of Baidoa in the list to be capital. When I say Somalia I'm not even including Somaliland
I respect your opinion but I have to disagree. Apart from Hargeisa which now claims to no longer be a part of Somalia the second capital has always been Baidoa. Even when Cabdiqasim became president the Dowlad was in Baidoa. Then when Abdullahi Yusuf became president Baidoa was Capital for 2 years.
If the capital ever changes even in the Dastuur it says the next capital is Baidoa. Thats if Mogadishu ever becomes unsafe etc.
For that reason I believe if Somalia decides to change the capital it will automatically be Baidoa. Reer Baidoa will welcome this.
In the early 2000s when the capital was Baidoa for 2 years Reer Baidoa beneffitted a lot in terms of business and even developing the city. Inshallah the capital will be changed to Baidoa and it will become a safe place for all somalis to live and equality between somalis Madow iyo Jileec.

Even in 2000 in Carta the agreement was for Baidoa to be the new capital. Cabdiqasim broke the agreement and other agreements.
Cabdullahi Yusuf was the one who got the presidential palace through force after all that hope was lost. He also made HAG to accept federalism when they were against it also by force. I agree it cant be dont without some sort of vote probably by federal Mps. If Majority of Mps agree then can be changed.
All clans including Hawiye must give consent before the capital is relocated
Thats not possible because all four clans will not agree.
What about a vote of the two hundred plus federal Mps taking a vote and majority vote wins like the presidental election? That will be the best and most fair way tbh.

That wont be possible because 2 subclans of the same tribe cant agree forget all 4.5 clans. The only realistic way is a parliamentary vote in my opinion.

Somalia has bigger problems to tackle, no MP will propose such a change at least in the climate we are in.
Maybe within this decade, if Somalia lasts that long that is. I’d support it.
I understand maybe in this moment in time its not realistic to change the capital. But changing the capital is part of fixing the problem. Its not an overnight decision but its something that needs to happen soon.

Why change the capital when it’s finally peaceful. why not change it pre 2011? I would have no problem if it was changed 1991-2011 but now when everyone is used to it as the capital and no one has an immediate problem you want to change it
please just stop claiming d&m it’s actually becoming shameful at this point
