there were more but cant think of them. I have a hard time with conjunctions and filler words in general

I think except is 'mooyee' example: all of you except her would be kuligiin iyada mooyee.

And instead of is 'intii' for example: take this instead of that would be kan qaado intii aad kaas qaadan lahayd. At least thats how we say them in the occuppied somali territory

@Vision mooyee sounds like maay, is it?

also, no offense but I prefer the southern/mudug dialect if possible, just because it would sound weird if I inserted random waqoyi sounding words in my sentence :browtf:

Its not maay. Its from kililka shanaad. I dont know how it would be said in your prefered dialect tho
