What is Puntland's excuse for not helping south with these so called "25k" troops before tensions with Somaliland started. This just goes to show that Puntland is a part of the reason why Somalia is never moving forward.

25k troops combined with AMISOM should be MORE than enough to repel al-shabab and completely free up the capital..

In short I personally think that Puntland is most likely a part of the system that keeps Somalia in a limbo when it comes to Al shabab. If they have 25k soldiers.

Same with the other states. I find it difficult that al shabab cannot be repelled with PL, JL all the other state's troops combined with Amisom.

That's a good 50k troops if it is true. Should be more than enough....
