I personally would support beesha Dhulbahante seceding in their areas and making their own state or joining their brothers in PL if Somaliland were to ever become independent. As for Bohol residents, they are not Beggerhante they don't need handouts. They build things
for themselves. The largest water reservoir in Sool/central Sanaag was constructed there by
