The rest I don't know. None of you guys have independence, you were all part of the same country pre-independence, no case for federalism no case for anything really. You just follow the line. Trying to piggy back off Somaliland which is a seperate issue and create federalism is all a fugazi.
Hargeisa and Mogadishu entered into agreeemnt to create Somali Republic there was no agreement between Mogadisu and Garowe or Mogadishu and Kismayo.
There’s already another SL, next to the capital where he resides, so not sure what your talking about. They can’t go there otherwise their planes will be shot at. If SL can do it, why wouldn’t those stronger than them be unable to ?
