Which I suspect is wrong, their not going to do anything with it anyways so low taxes is better so people can spend and hire more locally, one of the reasons PL economy is better then SL/Hamar is due to 'taxation' reasons allowing our locals to grow and hence u see non Puntites coming here and making a life like rahanwayn and even isaaq are working our kitchens due to it. This will stop now since that spending is going to 'taxes' and those 'taxes' are not even managed properly nor is their good governance to prove it is.

This budget is just predicting what revenue will come in after the 500% is applied. They have 'data' of the trucks of SL from last year, it's a simple 500% increase and they know what to expect for the financial year next year when it goes into 'effect'. It has gone thru parliament bro. They are rolling it out on SL and it will then be reviewed to see the success and benefits have been realised from the policy. It will then be fully rolled out across PL and will effect GM/HS traders. PL isn't messing about anymore. Our roads are pretty much dead due to the immense level of truckers coming to the port and filling up their 'shops' in their town. I've had enough. @Finesse has had enough. @PuntiteQueen has had enough. We all have niyahow. We want Puntites first economy.
