There is no reconciliation possible between Harti and Isaaq. We will be at war for the next 10-20 years.

Only one clan will be militarily dominant in Northern Somalia. This conflict will end once one side has been decisively defeated and retreats from its political objectives. Hawiye and Daarood both retreated from the objective of capturing all of Somalia sometime in 1995 when it became clear that it was impossible. Isaaq have not retreated from attempting to capture all of northern Somalia.

Southern Somalia's civil war ended 30 years ago. The civil war in the north has never been resolved. We are in the middle of a very long conflict, nowhere near the end.

Somaliland's recognition is more legally and pragmatically justified than a territory just leaving it's colonial borders. The whole of Africa would have a problem with that seeing as every border is a colonial era border (including Eritrea and South Sudan).
If the Africans see the dissolution of a union of two states (British and Italian Somaliand) as problematic, also moving some territiorty from one of the states to the other is much more problematic. That's the real pandoras box if there ever was one. That would be clan based secession.

The least likely outcome of all is that Laascaanood joins Italian Somaliland. There will be a political solution.
