Puntland calls their MP Somalia to come back to Garowe!!

Deni also helped get Qoslaye in office.. :snoop:

Before Qoslaye got elected during the elections I remember I was praying for him to not get elected..
Qoslaye pre second term and qoslaye second term, two different beasts, he was probably correct in his judgement to pick him but few could see this was what would happen after.

Same exact beast, stole a ton both times. Should not have given him any votes. Sheekh Shariif would probably have been better. I think his actions ultimately force PL to be more independent though so all is well that ends well.

The issue is, we are cursed with Ethiopia as a neighbour and can't even afford to split up and live separately like the Arabs. We are forced to be part of this never-ending circus.
I heard at one point in time Somalia will break off from Africa and we'll be seperated by the sea.. Then Ethiopia finally gets acces to sea and we will no longer be neighbors lol.. But that will probably take a gazillion years to happen.. :noneck:

Bro, even I who's a diaspora kid knew the dameer was corrupt as f*ck, how could Deni whose supposed to be a seasoned politician be making such an error.. We knew from his first term what a failure he was.

Anti Qabilist - Somali Patriot
Somali politics is 'mental' because the loser in-chief, is trying to turn the country into a dictatorship, actually, dictatorship is not even the right word, because even that would require a semblance of governance. All he cares about is amassing enough power so that he can use a large begging bowl and consume everything himself. So, Puntland has the right to recall its representatives, because there is no real Federal Government that exists.
People have been using this narrative for more than a decade, with every president, constantly complaining about everything and setting the country back years (and no I’m not defending HSM, just an observation) . Somalis are not ready for a democratic society, the hypocrisy and tribalism runs too deep. Here’s hoping for a military coup when the time comes πŸ₯‚

The only hope for a functional and prosperous society in that hell hole is if people are forced to be civilised.

Puntland has been complaining for good reason. The system we agreed on, is not being respected, nor is PL getting its rightful share of international development. If these FGS "Presidents" listened, these other FMS would have the same or better living standards and security that PL enjoys; a whole lot better than being an ATMIS/AlShaydaan hellhole

The other day I saw Qoslaye talking about extending his term to 5 years, he's argument being he can finish more stuff with a 5 year term.. Then the question pops in my head, what would he able to achieve that he couldn't complete with 4 years in office:umwhat::stressed:

This is why I said earlier, that we should leave South Somalia to live under whatever system he plans for them. Why is Puntland always the only one complaining.

Don't forget we also have home in south Somalia.

Kismaayo ilaahay ha u naxariisto, between being claimed by squatters who came in the 90s, to whatever is going on today. The biggest mistake our people made, was not forming Jubbaland immediately after Puntland. AY (AUN), should have focused more on Kismaayo, not Mogadishu.

AY AUN had a good vision, he wanted to restore the Somali nation under very difficult circumstances and with very little resources, he tried to do the impossible.. I'm hopeful things will get better abaayo.

Lets not forget they were all handpicked by Deni :heh: shuluqa was better off coming to an understanding with the senators and mps at the time to return who are wealthy instead he picked gaajo people made up of his PL govt and local govt, hada xamar ee galeen lol

Faroole who returned as senator will be the next person to get his wage cut as he hasn't turned up for a single session since HSM election :russ:
I agree Deni made a big mistake but even the one he didn't pick like Ali Xoosh the interior has turned out to be a total wasteman. Take for example Sanyare he was touted as a hero for all, 99% of reer mudug supported him but even he sold out.

No he set Puntland back a decade, There was no need to waste PL resources and boys to die in the south just for Xamar to put a blockade on PL 15 years later.

If, in the end, all this forces PL to be more self reliant and united is it a bad thing? I think all this stuff is good for PL going forward. No more sleep walking and neglect.
PL needs a consistent policy towards Xamar regardless of sitting PL president. The MPs we send need to believe in the cause instead of being political mercenaries.

In my mind, it’s a question of accountability. They need to be elected directly by the people if we send them at all. That way, they will worry about answering to their constituents for their actions. Currently they answer to absolutely nobody but their wallets.

Bastard Sanyare with the jokes :mjcry:

He should've never held a position in PL, a known ICU member who was caught in 2006 in the battle of Bandiradley 70km south of Galkacyo planning to attack his own people with the Hawiye militia by his side.
