Xamar will eventually be economically better due to its large population . Why do you think so many people used to migrate to the city.The poverty rate however will need a lot of work through an increase in jobs, welfare services and other service centres.

Northeast is highly urbanized region with less rural population compared with Northwest. There are more rural population in Awdal than whole of Puntland.
