We can unite with security gates between us, it's clear the Federalism gate isn't strong enough. We need a stronger gate with electric barbed wire.

Deni's recent speech clearly shows why he did this, he said this Government is trying to force Centralism and also wants to sign SSC to Somaliland. He clearly has intel on everything, including the heshiis between HAG and Isaaq and has had enough.

HSM gave Deni a lifeline, nothing unites Puntland than the prospect of "Irir" centralism. All he had to do was placate Deni till his time ran out but Hawiye abaal maleh. Deni will get an extension off the back of successful local elections.

The problem with all of this is "what is federalism?" We don't even know what form we have but for FGS to think they will decide for us, that's unacceptable.
