Rumors say Axmed Madoobe arrested in Kenya by interpol

Bro we don't trust Farmaajo, we don't trust anyone who tries to centralize the power and extend their period.. If a leader is genuine with pure intentions he would consult with the federal member states, form a good relationship with them and try to get everyone on board with his vision..But Sitting in some bunker in muqdisho guarded by UN paid gaajo african mercenary soldiers and trying to dictate your vision to federal member states won't get you far.. So no Farmaajo wasn't that much visionary.
Farmaajo was low iq. All the hard work done by Kheyre was credited to Farmaajo. There is no N&N without Kheyre which is why Fahad Yasin left.

Landed at Kismayo airport earlier today. Is not laughing like someone who has been under arrest, is he?

Well the federalism isn't working well because the tfg leaders keep on desmantling it while they ignore the shabaab terrorist who control much of the south.. So you can't really blame the federalism system..
No one knows how federalism is supposed to work in Somalia fundamentally. I'm not going wait another 20 for them to understand it.
Federalism works fine for stable and functioning states like PL..
What would you even gain from pushing centralism onto federal states? More conflicts? We as PL won't give up our demand for federalism, it's that or we go our seperate ways, you southerners can have all the centralism you want..
Yes, because PL is an MJ/harti state, while most regions in Somalia are mixed. Can you name one region that was more stable under federalism than before that isn't PL?

Jubbada Hoose is a pretty good example of improvement under federalism. It may not be Switzerland but its a far cry from the warlord era that preceded it.

We can compare Jubbaland to Galmudug KG or Hirshabelle. These are states that come directly under Xamar.

I don’t know why you guys constantly bring up federalism and then say that PL is harti state and other states are mixed instead of laying the blame where it belongs, on dysfunctional cawaan tribes! They were cawaan before federalism and they are cawaan after it. I don’t care if it hurts your pathetic qabiil feelings. That is the common denominator.

Truth is, certain Somali groupings have a better understanding of self governance and cooperation than others. Politely put. There are non MJ and non harti clans in PL and they’re just as Puntite as the rest.

Dulmi iyo xaqiraad midna meeshan kama jirto. qof kastaa waa loo siman yahay. wuxuuna baarlamaanka ku leeyahay wakiilkisa.

The simple reason they oppose federalism is that the fms will lose power. It has nothing to do with how beneficial it is for the general pouplation. No benefits or promises or guarantees that any somali president could offer the fms will have them give up power.

When have you become a proponent of Federalism? Finally arising from the self-induced stupor?
It took me 1 search to find this and its all on page 1 :duck:

I stand corrected. I probably caught your argument about clan federalism, which is popular with anti-federalist voices. Could you think of a FMS with only one clan?
All fms are clan states which I have mixed feelings on. I’ve oscillated on many opinions(never regarding centralism) and have settled on breaking up the states further to emancipate more medium size clans to have states and moving the capital.

Since thats unlikely I advocate for the states operating as nations and undermining the FGS until it submits to that.

Do you consider JL a single clan entity?
Its administration is Ogaden(subclan entity) I was referring to the state as a political body.

JL the physical region is a Darood inhabited state with a few minorities namely Bantus. Darood is a single clan contrary to the popular belief on this site. Its landmass is settled 50-60% by Ogaden alone.
So, you advocate for Confederacy rather than Federalist?
Not by choice. I’d rather a single nation to counter the Ethiopians sea access but the Hawiye make this impossible in many ways.
