Nope, very dumb. I, as a Somali, don't want non-muslim Africans to have free movement In my land. The EU countries have a similar culture, through centuries of cultural overlap (trade, war, related royals, Christianity, Rome, literally the same alphabet...)
Africa is a whole different gravy. Somalis have nothing to do with South Africans, South Sudanese (except muslims), Ugandans etc
Why should I join such a synthetic union, when my biggest enemy is other Africans taking my land?
Africans are not, and never have been, anything like Europe. What they have is organic, what you propose is a desperate attempt spawned from an inferiority complex(not saying you in particular, but pan-africanism stems from jealousy of Europeans)

What I heard from Coach Redpill on the livestream that he did from Kiev yesterday is that the ethnic Russian minority is almost half the population. So I think nearly half would be sympathetic to Russia and then besides that I wonder how much would be sort of indifferent and not really care and not be interested in actively fighting Russia.

5. USA claims Russia does not have air superiority. This I dont know. But if this is case, how come Ukrainian air force and "ghost of kiev" doesnt air strike Russian supply convoys? There is a 3 mile long Russian army convoy going to Kiev. Why is it not being air striked by the Ukrainian air forces? Its a huge target.
