Look at SL, they will never get recognition, because the world don't want another little state, especially a Somali speaking one. for example Ethiopia would have to deal with 3 Somali speaking states in multilateral forums if their was ever a dispute.

If SL can't get recognition, what makes you think little dusty PL or Jubbaland or any other gobol seceding? The reality is, its going to come down to two solutions, negotiation or war. At the moment the balance of power is delicate, every gobol can go with their merry ways, but once the SNA is rebuilt and their is a competent government, the rules of the game will change. Gobols will be forced whether its by the central government or the international community. At the end of the day no one wants Somalia broken up, they just want to see it weak and divided internally.
