Somalis are fighting for their property and families we are in the Haq. This war will not end untill all of our territory is back. Canfar enjoy of the support of ENDF gaals, the muslim card won't work anymore.

Their main objective is to move Somalis from living anywhere near the Djibouti-Addis’s train route. Quite a few liyuu mujahideen have lost their lives, they thought they were just fighting afars but were surprised to see endf midgets in afar militia uniforms. Some Liyuu exposed them they found one who’s claiming afar but was actually an endf soldier who couldn’t even speak afars language

Ethiopia plus Afar and France conspired to keep Djibouti as a French colony.
They were important in the recent war when they held back the TPLF siege.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some level of cooperation to once and for all move the Somalis away from the area and further shrink Somali territory inside Ethiopia.

.Mostly online propaganda. Afar militias still control Gadamaytu, Undufo and Adaytu which are the 3 main settlements that are at the crux of the fighting. Make of that what you wish. There was recent clashes where the Afar were pushed back from a small periphery east of Adaytu and Gadamaytu near the official Somali Afar regional border but there hasn't been any significant changes. The maps are still the same and the territory of those 3 districts haven't swapped hands.
So how is the war going so far then?
Who was responsible for signing the agreement in 2014 which is opposed by the Issa chiefs? And what has made the Afar so brazen in the recent history to point they can displace a large number of Somalis? Is it their organisation in comparison to the Issa?
