i would support such union, because Somalis can not play well together and I believe if we shared a nation with Ethiopians and Eritreans we would be less on each other’s throats. Also we would dominate that union like walking in a park. Somalis would be the elites, because of our sheer numbers and because of our skills and wealth in comparison to the others.. with the right people behind the wheel, given time that union would be in 20 years the strongest and most influential nation in Africa overtaking South Africa and Egypt in the process.

At 4,388,570 kmsq it would be the 7th largest nation. Bigger than India.
127,358.5 km2 extra if NFD is included.

The money to develop that would be crazy. Oil and gas is already there. Electricity is east with all the Dams and Sun and Wind.
Too bad it would never happen. Would need good leaders and the EastAfrican community to push it.
