I’m an Isaaq and even I even I know that Somalia would simply refuse to anything without even listening to the proposal.
The only way I think Somaliland can realistically have a chance of getting our independence is to go into a civil war with Somalia. That’s how a small country like Eritrea got their independence from Ethiopia.

Come on man ain’t noway in hell isthe capital is going to be moved. And if SL Rejoins we will get presidency sooner or later anyway. So that is not a big incentive.

Either presidency & capital city goes to them or separation.
It would be stupid to rejoin Somalia where Hawiye and Darood hijacked top positions.
Personally i have no objection to isaaq getting recognition but the border issue must be dealt with.
