This is a big hope bro, Its very unlikely this will happen. I think the FGS with US, Ethiopia and AU etc support are gonna seriously focus their attention on Somaliland and Puntland, whether Farmaajo gets reelected or whoever comes into office next, by peaceful negotiations, or by force/coercion, and there'll be no civil war lol they'll pressure them into submission economically, politically and even create instability and utlise Amisom if needed, similar to tactics used in Syria to get control of certain territories. People forget Somalia is a cash cow, there are bigger players, and from that perspective, the odeyaal in your qabiil and your presidents are irrelevant and are easily dispensible.. If those odeyaal had any political foresight they would join the team now cuz soon there might not be any bargaining chips or leverage, it will likely be demands and consequences, the IC have had enough.

Alshabaab have almost been defeated in the south, In Jubaland there has been a compromise because of IC pressure presumably, and the South is becoming more stable. Somaliland and Puntland are left to join the programme, and the US, Ethiopia, AU, Djibouti are all quite clearly for a strong central government, its why most of the attention, and focus was primarily spent on defeating Alshabaab, stabilising the South and centralising the power in Moqadishu. Thats why politicians in Puntland and Somaliland have been feeling threatened the past few years, things obviously arent perfect but before Farmaajo presidency FGS was a complete joke but with the support and the people behind them now its a different story and the tide is changing. And they have changed the narrative also, and this will continue regardless of who comes in next.
