The people today and the people 1400 years ago are the same. Humans have not received an update so why change the law?

believing that the hukm is only for Allah is part of tawheed. tawheed is not only that you do not worship graves. there has been dispute over the term tawheed al hakimiyyah... there has been dispute over the term but not over the fact that what it refers to is indeed part of tawheed.
