link to this?
The closest I could find:abuxyga:
http://www.aljazeera.com/news/afric...ot-steal-somali-assets-20149793914891856.html
Any links on this? I though all the war planes and ships were destroyed
Is a he said she said I personally know this story since I was little but the link above
Points out ships existing
Foreign countries and financial institutions have frozen Somalia's overseas assets following the implosion of that country's central government in 1991, but feverish efforts to recover such assets - including cash, gold and ships - have restarted after the election of President Mohamud in 2012.

Here is another article
http://mobile.nation.co.ke/news/africa/3126394-1657252-format-xhtml-4iuo01z/index.html
She said the Somalia Government would demand the return of money held by the Swiss authorities as well as ships and airplanes in Germany, Italy and Yemen.
They were still told no:dead:

I love Somali success as much as the next guy, but I won't bullshit myself just because it makes me feel better. Call a spade a spade and stop fooling yourselves.

The first picture of the Pilot on the runway clearly has a Photoshoped Somali flag on his left arm, it's so bad that the blue paint even flows over the yellow barrier. The rest of the pictures on the article you posted as a source only has old pictures of Somalis training and wrongfully includes one that's a ground trooper giving a speech after graduating and plays him of as a pilot.
So I don't know what you mean by "The Somali air force is back"

I'm not saying the report is wrong, maybe it's true; but those pictures don't prove anything new happened.

Almost all SNA or airforce members trained by Turkey, US or UK are Hawiye. There is almost no one from Puntland, Jubaland or SouthWest being trained outside the country or for the special corps inside the country.

This is exactly why the arm embargo should never be lifted. Any airplanes donated by foreign countries will in essence be creating a Hawiye airforce, sounds funny but it is true. This is also why the so called parliamentary committee on defense is opposed to regional proportionality in recruitment of the armed forces. The current SNA is essentially nationalized Hawiye militia. Centralization of the security apparatus and the lifting of the embargo will mean the deposition of national authority in a single clan, allowing it to try and subdue the others eventually. The Hawiye may become the Mbundu of Somalia, controlling the capital and having international recognition while waging a civil war against the rival ethnic group with foreign aid in the form of Migs and APCs. You can sort of see where all of this is heading slowly. What is actually surprising is how long it took the Hawiye to realize what having the capital city means in terms of gaining a military advantage.

Haddaad rag tahay kaalay qabso caasimada. Do that without Xabashi Tanks.

It is only fair that Hawiye get a bulk of the Military training/hardware since they bare the brunt of Al Kebaab most. Long live muufo industrial complex :salute::ohhhdamn:

Walaal we need to open our minds & move on from qabiil. The last thing we as a people need to worry about is qabiil when we have bantus colonising us & Habeshas looking to annex us.
I appreciate your sincere intent and you might have moved on from Qabil but majority of Hawiyes haven't especially with the political situation in Mogadishu right now. @Thegoodshepherd's comment was actually very pragmatic since we know what happened in the past when absolute power falls in the hands of a few. The Arms embargo must never lift until Hawiye and Darood can sit together and reconcile their differences and not only their leaders but the people.

Completely false, the current Abaanduule for the SNA is Gen Abdullahi Ali Caanood (Marehan), in HSM's government the Commander was Gen Diini(Marehan), before him the Chief of Defence was Maj. Gen. Mohamed Adan Ahmed (Harti), before him Gen Dahir Adan Elmi (Marehan) and before him Gen Dhagabadan[AUN] (Dir).
Every clan is represented in the Somali National Army and it is present in the majority of Somalia, to try to incorrectly label it as a "Hawiye militia" shows your lack of knowledge about the nation's armed forces.

Your lies knows no bounds. Get me another qabiil celebrating a President who is not of theirs like this. Even the army celebrated this man. Your agenda is clear now, you're against a functioning and strong Somalia unless it's lead by mj
