What country specifically is a Cuban colony?
The idea that Cuba would want to establish a colony and practice British-style colonialism is not in keeping with the reality of how Cuban policy works.
The way Cuba works... and it's not even necessarily about Cuban interests... they are an ideological state.... the way they work is they prop up their buddies.... Mengistu in Ethiopia... Chávez in Venezuela... FMLN in El Salvador... Sandininstas in Nicaragua...
it's not that they establish puppet governments or colonies... it is that they help their buddies but their buddies are necessarily those who support a Communist agenda... and just because someone doesn't directly and openly identify as a Communist doesn't mean that they're not involved with a Communist agenda...
Mandela did not "pull one over" on Fidel... Fidel was a genius... he was not going to help someone like Mandela unless he was going to be advancing his aims... and Fidel himself was a servant of an international Communist agenda
I never said Cuba had colonies?
Also, Mandela established a capitalist system in Sth Africa in 1994, so your point is moot.
