America needs to borrow money, every year to round out its budget. This wealth fund will be filled with loaned money, increasing the total debt. A sovereign wealth fund is a good idea, the same way having a savingsaccount is a good idea, but if hooyo needs to pitch in to pay for your petrol every week, maybe increase your total income / cut expenditure so that you have something to save.

It will lessen there federal income tax burden ,improve the 6 trillion dollar interstate highway system ,and increase foreign investment boosting regional economies

America has the highest gdp per capita in the western world it’s just behind Qatar you can’t expect a country of 330 million people to completely eradicate poverty
