So would they leave LA/SSC out of the map? What I'm just thinking about is how this would upset the balance. Which group of people and their qabil will be in power when SL gets recognition? You know how the whole rodeo goes. Their will be groups of people who are marginalized and then would want to make their own state. Clans and Sub sub clans whatever will be fighting. Its the same old story each time. So, why would you want to build something in a volatile environment.

Somalis who think foreigners care about clans make me laugh Khatumo is not a factor and SL controls the capitals of 5 out of 6 of its regions. Sool is also the least populated region in SL, they dont matter. What gives leeway to the khatumo issue is that we are not recognized so their claim to joining Somalia can be heard, but with internationally recognized defined borders that makes them obsolete. SL will continue to be dominated by Isaaq and Samaroon
