I fully support what he said. If Sacad are attacking Leelkase areas, Leelkase have every right to attack Sacad anywhere they see fit. There is no difference between Saaxqurun, Jiicboor and Gaalkacyo.

Puntland has caused this insecurity by refusing to defend Leelkase grazing land & water resources as a state. Puntland has no right to delimit the boundaries within which it is ok to fight.

Either defend Leelkase with the full force of Puntland or stfu.
