The majority of people are decent people. The small number which engage in these criminal acts should be dealt with harshly. Whoever killed an innocent person is cursed and should be executed whoever they are and wherever they're from. If Biixi's administration allow that behaviour without holding those people accountable then they'll expose themselves as just a mafia of an administration. Not everyone in Somaliland is pleased with what's going on. The government in power today is a mafia criminal organisation that is set to destroy everything that previous administrations worked hard to build.
