Just in, EU has suppended all financial support to Somali Land. Also, all international flights to Hargeisa will go to Mogadishu from now on. No more flights from Dubia to Hargeisa.

There is a state of stalemate on the battle fronts since yesterday. There is only artillery shelling. The situation is still almost as it was since the first day, as neither side was able to break into the defenses of the other side.
The SSC forces took control of some mountains, and the Somaliland forces responded by bombing the city, but this did not change much of the field situation.
According to my sources in Garoowe, the SSC forces are awaiting heavy artillery reinforcements from Buuhoodle ( reer Hagar ) and Gaalkacyo ( Cumar Maxamuud ).
It is clear that without the arrival of heavy artillery, the SSC forces despite their superiority in the number of forces, will not be able to resolve the battle in the mountains, because the Somaliland forces have greater firepower.
