I hope SSC has a system in place to have a final solution/treatment for traitors, to deter them from ever doing it again. When you are too forgiving, traitors will think that it's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission. That's all I'll say about the Horgale issue.

Why though? It does not make sense for Puntland to have an issue with Somaliland and not deal with it directly why contract out your dirty work to Somali Government unless Puntland knows they are not up to the job.
