You gotta applaud the Somaliland government for this, they really are amazing. They've fooled the whole public into this "independence" nonsense whilst they've been stealing billions of dollars for the past 26 years. All they have to say is "Xamar is your enemy" and "Somalia bombed you" for their loyalty.

They build a small dam that costs less than $100,000 and these fools think it's great development, whilst their government stole nearly $400 m in aid and even more hundreds of millions in taxes, airport/port revenues etc in 2 years, all whilst making "us" appear to be the enemy. Well done to them.

The whole Somaliland project is nothing more than a business, the reason why they've been parroting "independence" for the past 26 years is so that they can never be accountable and can continue stealing their own peoples resources. Leaders are only a manifestation of the people. They wouldn't be able to steal billions of dollars if the people didn't let them. How can you not receive a cut of the money, yet be loyal to tuugs? I'm telling you. If their leaders knew that more could be made by joining hands with the south, then they'd tell the public that we are all Somalis, share the same culture, same religion and we were divided by colonialists.

People who are motivated by money don't have any principles whatsoever, they only have the concept of maximizing profits. Nothing else. And when you're not getting a cut from the billions being made, yet you're parroting the propaganda of these tuugs, then you DESERVE to have them as your leaders.
