35% is not majority and that 35% ain't related to Somalis for thousands of years. Those are the Cushitic ones.
Most of these are cushitic haplogroups but it doesn't matter because we've drifted from our original discussion. I believe there are Somalis within Jaarso so I wouldn't consider all of them Oromo specially the ones that live in the Somali region. It would be dangerous for us not to consider them Somalis because then the Oromos might claim parts of the Somali region.

Since when was J1 Cushitic (the second largest paternal Y DNA of Oromos representing close to 20% ) . I agree with the highlighted part however most who considered themselves Oromos already joined Oromia with their areas back in 2004.

J1 is also found in Omotic populations in high percentages so we don't know where it originated from. Those are lost so they don't matter anymore. We just have to consider the ones inside the borders Somalis unless we want more Oromos in Jigjiga and the surrounding areas.

It was imported from south Arabia. The Habesha have it in large numbers as well.

irir alliance ethiopian version.

It won't work since everyone has a different enemy. Garhajis enemy is Jeegaan, Cisse enemy in Dhire Dhaba is the Oromos , Garre enemy is Borana in Moyaale. Back in the 90s-80s it worked because everyone saw Siad Bare as their enemy.

Even if its held it wont hurt the alliance of Ogaden and ciise.

Of course it wont but ugaas Mustafe denied them when asked to hold it in DirDhabe so undermining the clan leader and the will of his people would be a terrible look for IOG and might ignite internal issues

It is not from actual historical evidence though. It says "Somali reckoning" aka sheeko sheeko. If I believed everything Somalis run around with Ahmed Guray (the Imam) was also a Somali.

"By Somali reckoning, the founder of Dawaro Sultanate was Jārso people belonging to the Ali Madaḥweyne branch which is a sub-clan of Dir. After the Oromo migrations, the ʿAli Madaḥweyne Dir were absorbed into the Afran Qallo Barentuma confederation, and today the Jarso are reckoned as Jārsō Daggā Qāllō Barentuma Oromō."
Are you saying he wasnt?

Nah. Ibrahim Ghazi wasn't Somali (the Imam) however Ahmed Guray Hussain (who was the chief of the Habar Magaadle/Isaaq clan) was. Somalis confuse the Imam with that other guy who was the chief of a clan.
