Worst moment in History

That’s not comparable at all, the romans didn’t wipe out their languages. Europe still has their own unique languages and culture. Can you say the same for the Middle East? Aramaic is just one of the many languages that stopped being spoken as it was replaced by Arabic.

That’s not even the worst part, these people genuinely believe they’re Arab. Not just a person who speaks Arabic, but that their blood is Arab. Ask them about their history and they’ll tell you they’ve always been Arab. They’ll deny their own history. It’s why arabisation is awful. To the point where native languages are suppressed.

For example, in North Africa the Amazigh languages were suppressed and their traditions and customs were banned for many years, because it conflicted with the countries new “Arab identity” brought to them by foreigners. Even though majority of North Africans are of Amazigh ancestry, millions of them genuinely believe they’re Arab. They’ve only recently started teaching Amazigh language and script in school, after years of protest and campaigning.

Imagine the Somali language being banned and Arabic being the only language taught in school. That’s how it is for many people in North Africa and the Middle East, their indigenous language and culture oppressed so as to not hurt the fragile ego of their fellow countrymen, who have been brainwashed into believing they’re Arab and brainwashed to hate their own native culture. Arabisation is a disease.
lol Romans xooged the celts, Celtic race went from being the dominant race in Europe that even settled deep into turkey. To being basically extinct now thanks to the Romans.
Also an ancient civilisation called the dacians ruled Romania but as the name suggests, the dacians were destroyed by Emperor Trajan who settled Roman soldiers there who colonised and replaced the native Dacians creating Romania.

I mean it's a lot to do with "racial bias", sudanese arabs are still seen as madow to most menas, maghrebis and egyptians are similar enough in looks to work.
Yeah arabism in Sudan is also a bit different, The blackest man you've ever seen will look you in the eye and say ana arab and support genocidal war to arabize the west and south

The Arabisation of Nubia is the single greatest Tragedy in history. 4 Millenia of civilisation gone. Replaced with "Afro Arabs" #PrayforSudan

Can only hope a future Somali state funds a takeover of some Nubian or Beja tribe that imposes its culture and tounge. Preferably Beja as its related to Somali.

Beja speak beja but they also use Arabic since it's the main language of Sudan.

How am I a Jahil for not supporting arabism? You connect an ethno ideology with the relgion of Islam and then wonder why people like South sudos who clash with Arabs have an aversion to Islam. Idiotic

They never listened to that hadith. Arabs sacked and incorporated the Dahlak Archipelago off the coast of Eritrea after Axum invaded Jeddah a costal city in Hejaz during the early 8th century.
What u say is historically incorrect.

The axumite kingdom didn’t attack Mecca.

the Sahaba of the prophet even fled and taken refuge in Eritrea and Ethiopia.

but in the 5th/6th before the birth of the prophet, there was a proxy conflict between the Jewish Arab tribes and Christian axumite kingdom. The Jewish Arab tribes persecuted the local Christian population, and afterward the Axumite kingdom intervened in Arabian peninsula and fought the Jewish-Arab rulers and their Persian backers.

but this wasn’t a conflict between Islam and Christianity because it was years before the birth of the prophet, plus early Muslim community was attacked and persecuted by the Jewish Arab tribes in Saudi Arabia

I was on their reddit and they had a thread where they basically didn't know the native names of sites in the country before Arabic took over.

Imagine you lived on a land for thousands of years and the only name you know for it are arabic. They lost most their native personal names too. Sad shkt walahi.

Sudanese got the most Arab J haplogroup dna in North Africa as well but some Amazigh from Algeria is still seen as more Arab, sad walahi. Ancient civilisation gone down the drain.
About that, Arabs didn't know about the history either. The artifacts and momentum in Egypt and the Middle East was recently discovered by the Europeans (it was buried under sand) and everything we were taught in schools were from European sources.

So in reality, no one in the region gives a shit because of the taboos associated with it (shirk) and if they knew, it would've been destroyed long time ago. Would the Sahabas/Caliphates would leave them intact if they knew during the Islamic conquest?

Anyway, I always had the feeling that Europe had help from the Jinns who are known to have long lifespans so it's a few generations ago to them. Occultism is big for them.

1), This conflict occurred after Islam was mass adopted by the Arabs.

2), Axumites did occupy Jeddah in the early 8th century. This is fact not "historically incorrect".

3), I'm surprised to see anyone on this site upvoted such an outlandish take. The Quran outlines this clearly in Surah Fil. The battle of the Elephant was a major point in Islamic history that I'd expect to be common knowledge for Muslims?

أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْفِيلِ ١}

Then share us your sources. You are mixing the battle of Jewish and Arabs with the axumite kingdom.

the battle of Elephant took place before the birth of Prohet Mohammed.

the prophet was born in the 7th century but Axum-Quraish wars took place around 570s AD before the birth and lifetime of prophet Mohammed.

both Axum and the Muslims of Mecca were rivals of the Jewish Arab quraish clans. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraha

if the axumites clashed with the Quraish what has this to do with Islam.

the quraish clans even persecuted the early muslim community in Saudi Arabia

You're Jaahil cuz you think you know a lot when actually don't. Beja spoke Arabic and adopted it before the state of Sudan was even founded as they had their own kingdoms that used to frequently raid other kingdoms or invade them such as in Abyssinian lands and ruling over the lowlands of Eritrea hence why the Beni Amr has the same customs as Bejas and speak in Arabic alongside the Tigrayit

You called me a jaahil then dropped a whole load of basic shit.
Do you not think I have eritrea friends? I've learned about the impact Beja had. And yes I know they had their own kingdom since I played eu4 when I was 13.

They speak Arabic because they're surrounded by Arabized Sudanese and themselves got arabised to a large extent. This doesn't disprove anything I said. Of course they had their own kingdom and raided other kingdoms that's how Sudan has been for most of history.

"They speak Arabic because they're surrounded by Arabized Sudanese " that's the dumbest shit I have read in this topic like Beja's were never subjugated or surrounded by "Arabized Sudanese" they adopted Arabic as a language when they got in contact with migrant Arab tribes from Arabia that introduced to them to Islam

I immediately said *they themselves got arabised to an extent

And what's your problem if certain community takes Arabic as their language and identity ?? the former strongman Arab nationalist Sudan's president Ja'afr Nimeiry was Nubian from a known tribe

A Chinese manuscript depicts 8th century Somalia as a place with four major cities and home to an army with 200 thousand soldiers wearing armour. They didn’t want that smoke. Pre-Islamic Somalis were probably more hostile and unhinged than modern Somalis lol.

The Persian and Arab merchants, out of fear, traveled in large groups to Somalia with their goods, and were subjected to local traditions before they could trade.
You would think we would have archeological hints to such an empire or an empire that could hold such an great army like that would have some sort of advanced culture like arts or writing but we have nothing.

Arabism has erased the native culture of Sudan they have an identity crisis and overcompensate by forgetting their culture and tounge to become Arabians.

Sudanese have a whole thing I forgot the name, but it translates tl "purifying the blood" or something similar. Where Sudanese marry Arabs from Syria for example to try get rid of their madow blood. You cannot tell me this is normal behaviour for a culture.

Look at r/Sudan for example. If you think Somali have an identity crisis look at this

This would have been our fate had they come as much to us. On that note, why didn't Arabs migrate as much to the Somali peninsula considering how close we are? They've gone as far as the end of North Africa even invading Iberia
Arabs did migrate to Somalia, not in such large amounts seen in North Africa and Sudan but a fair amount of them did. It goes as far back as when Ibn Battuta talks about this in his travels where some Arabs and other Muslims sometimes come settling down in the cities for opportunities and learn the language and customs of the people, they basically become “Somalized” and weren’t subjecting their culture onto us.
