A new biggest shopping mall in Somalia to be built in Xamarweyne

The exterior is ugly though. Should be better design.

Xarunta Bacadlaha that was controlled by Saleeban has been taken over by Ismaciil Gooni. He is building this mall there.

He is the same guy that owns Banaadir Gas terminal and the Aerosom.

Kkkk this mall is nothing. The guy is a tycoon in Somalia. You will see his face again as usual when the ribbon gets cut by Madaale or HSM. There is a a video where Hg uncles were complaining that a “karanle man” is taking the land in xamar weyne. Nuur Jamal too was also crying that Murusade is stealing the land🤣🤣

These are all his 👇

Nah , It would be better to build it in the capital, there they come to tourists, but why not in the future?:patrice:

Squatting is living somewhere without paying up, the people being removed from the land work there, not sure if just removing them is the best way. Repatriating them would work better.

It’s the government that needs to make things like “horumar” happen. This mall is now privately owned.
Pretty much all recently industrialised countries had strong private/public partnerships, even to the extent they were argubaly command economies like in the early stages of South Korea for example. The richest businessmen need to be investing in industry not vanity projects- not seeing this one is or that's it is bad.
