Why aren't they Somali? Many Isaaq, Ciise, Samaroon and some Ogaden overtly look Habesha with their light-ish yellow skin and semitized features, but nobody bats an eyelid.
If Aboflah and Ismail Geelle are Somali, it's weird to exclude Somali Bantus. Somali is just a loosely affiliated Somali-speaking peoples that share a culture. No different than Amhara and Oromo.

Oromo & amhara are related to us to some extent , of course we can look similar to an extent .
They don't hail from the somali ethnic tribe therefore can't be somali by ethnicity or tribe.

Arab geographer? I don't mean to be insulting but you are outright lying if you claim that Shungwaya has been written about by any Arab geographers. Shungwaya is not found anywhere in any historical document outside of the 19th century like the 19th century Swahili one which, yes, has been debunked and found to be fraudulent by scholars. No, you missed the point. Somali homogeneity is a myth. You cannot unironically believe Abgaal from Lower Jubba are identical to Isaaq from Hawd. They look extremely different.
You can have vastly different origins and belong to the same ethnic groups. For example the minority of Oromos with Omotic roots and the heavily Semitized Habesha-identifying Oromos from north-Shewa. They belong to the same ethnic group. Likewise our Bosniak @Molotoff is probably vaccine-lover Djokovic's 2nd cousin, but are two different ethnic groups despite sharing an ancestry. Ethnicity is loose and malleable, it's social construct in every sense of the word.
