Any help on controlling anger?

Today me and my brother got into a fight because he took my car without asking. When I get mad I turn crazy and violent, and I ended up twisting his arm and giving him a black eye and ripping some of his hair out. I also see red, which is new and I never really seen before. I feel like when I get mad it’s because when I was younger, I was often ignored and only had myself to depend on and had to take care of my younger siblings like I was their mom and never really had a childhood. Anyone have any advice? I do see a therapist but recently I notice that I become more hot headed over anything in the past.

My brother is fine but he now has a cast on his arm. I told him I was sorry but sorry doesn’t fix anything. It’s like I have a alter ego when I get mad. I also read the Quran and prayed because I feel so guilty and wlh I cried.
