Yh itoobiyan flew out the DC of Dolow to Godey like a cheap hooker for meetings with top itoobiyan millitary officials on the situation in Gedo.

HSM is landing troops in Luuq rn and Garbaharey and Buurdhubo is already siding with Abdullahi Shimbir and FGS. Dolow n Ceelwaaq are the only real Madobe supporters. Bardheere and Beledhawo are sitting on the fence waiting to see what comes of the other cities.

I didn't want masari and itoobiyan troops to make gedo in a proxy battleground without any benefit or security from the fgs, im hearing HSM has promised Shimbir renewed funding for elite NISA unit Waran and to help bolster their numbers and secure gobolka gedo and because of somalia's internal politics itoobiya has pre-emptively struck against HSM by flying out Dolow DC to coordinate a plan of attack by troop.

He was supposed to hold local council elections in Xamar in June 2023 I believe. Obviously that didn’t happen nor was it ever started. Hard to believe that it will in a place where civilians are being bombed whenever and wherever. There is also the issue of his unlikeliness to win said elections. Why would he want that? Makes zero sense politically.
