Las Anod is under the control of its worst enemy.
Isaaq have been trying to expand at the expense of the Dhulbahante for the last 150 years. To think that these acts are unrelated to what is happening today is to be a retard.

The Isaaq will remove anyone they see as posing a risk to their continued control of Sool. This is directly out of the USC playbook. When the USC managed to capture Kismayo and Galkacyo in 1991, they killed every 'nin magac leh" they could in those two cities. This is a version of that kind of violence, just slowed down so as to not alarm the international community.

This is a reason why Somaliland as an independent state is not viable. Such a state would be, from its birth, opposed to the continued existence of Harti within its borders. The next step in this logic is ethnic cleansing. Think of the Nuer in South Sudan or Western Tigray.

I could not agree more, these people are idiots (no offense), no one will recognize their independence when they oppress a minority. All they campaigning for independence is wasted because of the animalistic instincts taking over.

This situation been going on for what 6 days now. How many meetings and people does it take to make decision. Indecisiveness breeds defeat. My advice for Dhulbahante : Make the war an SSC vs SNM war. Dragging Puntland into this will complicate your cause. This speeds up the unity between Pro-Somaliland Dhulos and Pro Puntland ones. If Jamac Siyads and Baharsame in Las Anod know the Ugaadhyahan in Puntland are done with puntland, I think it will give them the assurance of an exclusive Mohamoud Garaad unity and the birth of genuine SSC federal State. The average Dhulu person will have an identity to defend and proudly claim.

Until this happens, Las anod will never be liberated. Even if Majerteens are fully on board, they won't achieve much because deep down they feel , they are fighting a losing cause. The Tukaraq wars in late 2017 perfectly illustrates this. My own first cousin was part of of OM troops that came from Galkacyo very motivated to defend the Isaaq aggression. In the two Tukaraq wars, OM deliberately avoided JS and Baharsame fronts and attacked HJ and HY front killing around 29 soldiers and losing 6. But once Issa Mohamoud withdrew from their front, JS attacked us from another front killing 14 of our boys. Very moral breaking and I remember him saying he will never come again ever. The Ugaadhyahan who are the owners of Tukaraq never bothered to show or fight for their city.

In tukraaq war we capture 30 Dhulbahante and 3 isaaq general. Ofcourse garaads request to release them and Gaas accepted.

I hear Deni speech and what he said right, let reer Sool unite against idoors. They working for Hargisa. Its time they decide to listen to their families in Sool.
