The various Dhulbahanta groups need to halt their rivalries and take advantage of this opportunity by regrouping their militias. If an all-out war erupts between Somaliland and Dhulbahante, Mahad Cambaashe's militias will certainly defect from him and join the Dhulbahanta resistance.

You're right about handling protests but what do you expect from people that lived through the Kacaan regime and are neighbours to Ethiopia and Yemen up north

This issue is quite similar to the AlShabaab problem all other Somali clans have. Remember in Gaalkacyo, when our elite were being assassinated for years on end? What did we find out? So, Dhulbahante, need to deal with their own terror and traitor problem in the same manner. Give the traitors 1-2 business days to repent and if they refuse, hunt them down and line them up and get rid of them. All the people who are responsible for the slaughter of civilians in LaasCaanood are no different to AlShabaab. They are killing people because they are upholding a flawed and evil ideology.
So yes, all the horgale should be given time to repent and if they refuse, they should meet their maker, same way as the shacab that were killed. That's what I advise my Dhulbahante kinfolk.
