I hope they overcome the challenges somaliland's NEC encountered with biometric registration back in 2008/9 and 2014.

It was a long time ago so I don't remember correctly, but it had to do with security of the systems and the committee not able to provide consistent lists of the registrations.
What I know is, there is huge Datacenter connected to vote register laptop in any PL district.
This method helped TPEC to track down one guy recently try trick register team by going to different vote places and register many time under one name. They track him by Datacenter in Garowe. Now he will face trial for his act.
Puntland elections is getting serious. All puntites in eyl-qardho-ufeyn must register themselves and get their voter id. This election outcome will decide which 3 parties will be registered in puntland. This is a important stage of puntland's democratization, it will determine which parties are legal and illegal.
I think Kaah-Horseed-Mideeye will come out victorious in these trial run elections and be registered as the 3 official parties of puntland.
Horseed ka saar. I don’t think it will reach the biggest three. There will be a dark horse, not sure which one.
