As you guys may have heard, Puntland has provided ID cards/voting rights to people who have lived in Puntland for at least 10 years which means that Bantus, D&M and other Somalis from South Somalia are now full-fledged Puntites. Here you can see Bantus performing their traditional dances at a Kaah Political Party Rally.

(In fact, since Puntland started holding yearly anniversary parties, Bantus, D&M etc, have been included in these activities)
