100k registered in Bari-Karkaar-Gardafu.

That's a very low turn out and their is no proper census. A proper census we would know how many eligible voters their is (18 n over) in bari-karkaar-gardafu to compare against voter registration.

My estimate is Bari-Karkaar-Gardafu at least 1 million eligible voters(18 n above), yes our 'youth' population is high and I would say the other million is youth below 18 who can't vote.

The opposition telling every1 that deni is using them to extend his 'term' even tho it's a local election only not 'presidential'. Anything with Opposition always get heard more in PL becuz they r 'superstitious' ppl.

@FBIsomalia I am reading only 60k registered in Bosaso. This guy is trying to tell us most democracies have low-turn out, but how will u know if their is low turn out if u don't know population census. He also mentioned most of the population is under 18 and cannot vote.

It seems mucraad did great job to make it low. Anyway election will keep going inshalla.

@FBIsomalia Bosaso is at least 700k population. If we assume 70% can't vote due to being below 18. Then 30% from 700k is 200k voting population. I am furious with TPEC. If this 60k turn out is true. Then the total population is only 200k.

Qardho came in at 25,000 registered voters above 18. That means the total population is 90-100k, because that is 30% from 90-100k.

Puntland needs a proper census before voter registration. Once we know the real population, we can work out what registration turn out is.

@Libaax-Joore Waxan waa 'boob' aan xishood lahayn. The 14% registeration rate is only KAAH supporters. The other party supporters are not registering, that's an absence of 85% of the voter population.
