Atleast when he was finance minister all salaries were paid on time you'd rarely hear about soldiers setting up roadblocks or civil servants complaining about not getting paid
He is finished. Creating new horgals for SSC is a betrayal. He is putting his political future first while knowing the damage that participation in Puntland’s election will do SSC future. Shameful.
The choice is either Ina Shire Abgaal, Faarax Cali Shire or Guuleed Saalax Barre. I support Faarax Cali Shire, but the other two would also be competent.
I think both sides messed up. SSC should have pushed for legislation long ago they could easily get the 5k signatures and have 17 MPs. But they waited until new parliament was being selected to make official stance clear. it’s impossible to figure out split in 2-3 weeks. Gotta figure out mps and new borders and update constitution . their is also many dhulbhannte soldiers still in puntland ranks, same with govt workers. Nobody discussed what happens to them.
I think his back was against the wall , if he ignores constitution its signaling state is not real and anything goes . I also have a feeling mucarad camp 49 talk was political ploy as well

No need for dramatic outbursts. The SSC administration is too blame for their sudden and unitary decision 4 weeks before the election. The Garaads were in the middle of selecting their MPs, heck 11 MPs were already selected by the Garaads.
1 election won’t jeopardize the the survival of Khaatumo.

also they refused the one man vote which would’ve made easy the separation of khatumo instead they chose to dulge into puntland politcs. 66 is the way to go for now and after that let the separation happen we will have plenty of time now is too late
Deni is feeling betrayed by khaatumo, I think he compromised his 1 man 1 vote aspiration in exchange for the 17 dhulbahante MP's but garaads can't materialise this due to the pressures from the armed angry mobs everywhere who care nothing but building khaatumo
