Highly unlikely since both Somaliland and Xamar have a much lower GDP per capita than Puntland according to the World Bank. Puntland is arid yet it exports vegetables to a semi arid region so that's worth mentioning.

It would always be cheaper and better quality when grown in ur region. Paying drivers, truck owners , taxes from various regions and it takes days to deliver compared to fresh stuff delivered straight to the market from the farm. We now know PL can grow stuff, the next step is promote farming and leave unsustainable nomadic lifestyle.
