For now SL and PL should completely secede from Somalia and form three separate entities. A political and economic alliance should be created between the 3 states. Similar to the EU, freedom of movement and a single currency should be adopted. Additionally, an intergovernmental military alliance should be formed. This gives us some weight, rather than being completely exploited as entirely unrelated small countries.

This allows each state to pursue their own interests without contradicting and undermining the FG at every turn. A better representation of the people in each state and in turn better quality of leadership. If a particular state flourishes, the other states indirectly benefit from it while simultaneously not being held back directly by weaker links. No more scapegoating. Somewhat incentivise each other.

This is a much more feasible way to unite Somalis

Djibouti could enter the union given some initial success, and in due time the occupied states of Ogaden and the NFD. Perhaps one day form a USS

You want to Balkanize an already tiny area/group into even tinier worthless countries. While the rest of the world thinks about expansion. You not only split and divide the people (which most of you don't care about). You split up the resources, land, manpower, and any clout we could ever hope to salvage in this world. How can you compare somalia as it is today to large swathes of the world like Europe or the Arab world? It's like the United States splitting up each state becoming a country, they would become irrelevant overnight and were not nearly as large as the states. Everything you mentioned can be and should be worked out as a country, if you believe Somalis can't as a country what makes you think they can as different clan based countries?
