I am afraid I do not have all the details, but from the sounds of it, the ship was refused to offload its load unto the fuel storage tanks at the port, albeit Shiraaqle is licenced, and approved by the SL gov't. The fuel is said to now being auctioned at Salala, which is a complete waste, esp. that fuel rates in SL have considerable gone up of late. Very odd incident.
