Which Port is HSM selling to Ethiopia?

You think you’ve made a point here but you really didn’t. The naval base is for Ethiopia not FGS lol otherwise what is the point of a deal with Ethiopia?
You said
I think this is just the MOU passing through Hassan
So you are saying HSM will be giving a naval base or spot where a base will be built in the Red Sea. Unless of course you are saying HSM will actually sign off the Somaliland MoU which is beyond stupid.

You are the same guy who said a few days ago the meeting with Abiye wouldn’t even happen. Can’t take kids like you seriously.

Amazing how you still get hung up over things like that. But hey, anything will suffice when you can't make proper arguments.

It’s amazing you make silly statements like the below and expect people to take you seriously. You are a waste of time regurgitating the same senseless drivel. Here you are saying that Hassan and Abiye won’t meet because they already talked and nothing came out of it after I told you they will meet and Hassan will sign. You lack all logic sxb. You can’t expect me to take you seriously. Lots of naive kids on here like you.

and nothing came out of it
And I was right, nothing came out of it. The real talks will happen on February. We mainly heard the same stuff from September aka "Ethiopia has to respect Somalia's territorial integrity".

The fact that you want to avoid my main points in favor of trivial nonsense shows how dishonest you are when it comes to political discourse. Stay in your lane.

You are the one who replied to my comment kid. You wouldn’t know what political discourse is if it slapped you backhand across the face. Stop looking for my attention.

I think HSM will drag feet for a while on this. Look how long MOU agreement was dragged out. This paper doesn’t hold any power and Ethiopia not getting port anytime soon

Politics is many times about optics. Abiy basically flexed his power over Somalia. He humiliated arch enemy Somalia and with all the internal fighting probably was much needed boost for him. Now he can campaign and say we will get ocean and Somalias our bit@% we kings of horn.

I will also add like 97% of Ethiopia freight goes through Djibouti they have proximity, better port, railroads. Berbera with all its investment barely has market share.

then you also have Sudan and Kenya vying for market share with Kenya investing billions into Lamu port

This shows massive investment needed to get market share. Berbera has a corridor and is working to win over market share but it’s tough hill. Then you also have Asab port in Eritrea which used to be there main port. If Eritrea and Ethiopia make up can easily go back to main one. Ports in benadir mudug or lower Jubba tough because the infrastructure not there and so far away from Adis which is heart of Ethiopia. Abiy is flexing his muscles and wants place for navy and guaranteed sea access. Maybe awdal is only place I can think of that’s possibility. Ethiopia probably would want to build scratch for their navy port. Anyways I doubt any of this will have any real impact next couple years. Feels like power trip to me. Neither side can really build infrastructure right now both broke as hell

So you agree it’s a naval base unlike these useless naive kids?
