Flats are a waste of time

You obviously don't know what you are talking about.

These guys buy the flat, live in it and when they have saved up up what they need for a house minus the cash equivalent of the flats worth. They sell the flat and buy a house.

How can it be a waste of time when they get a big discount on it.

Let's be honest, vast majority of council tenants decide either not work, or if they work they undeclared their income (like me), or they get cash in hand jobs whilst still claiming benefits. A council tenant that work's full time, declares all their income and pays taxes is a rare breed.

Did you know the government disclosed the fact there are 1000's of people living in council houses but earn 6 figures declared income.

Councils homes are only reserved for the poor now because the number of them before everyone could live in them. Council houses system wasn't even created for the poor specifically wallahi.

A lot of people can inherit their parents tenancy when they die which does happen.
