This is great if this is true, what you guys are missing is the axis relationship, Turkey and Qatar are the greatest allies, Turkey has a military base in Qatar as well (as a warning to the UAE which wants to annex Qatar and supports Muslim Brotherhood)
Like that long lengthy post I wrote, I support both the UAE base, this Qatar one and the Mogadishu one, the region gets a much needed development, the troops are trained and more $$$ is pumped in, this rivalry between UAE-EGYPT vs Turkey-Qatar Axis will be the greatest thing to happen to the Somali peninsula if managed properly.
It will keep the Hyena's like Ethiopia/Kenya whom are the greatest destabilization's arm in the country out of Somalia totally. This is the only common ground I have with

This would mean that the Turkey-Qatar Axis will control Benadir/Hiirshabelle/P/land, UAE will have S/land, South-West will go with Ethiopia and J/land with Kenya who has already handed her port to UAE, Galmudug will be the dark horse, but likely once Guleed goes it will go into the Turkey-Qatar camp.
This is the outlook of the region in the chess game, there is no better time then now to have a good national leader or even federal leader, there is a lot of hands you can play to get the best deal or be stupid and get left behind.
